The election of officers is held in the spring of each year.  The nominating committee shall present nominations to the AzASCD Board of Directors.  Further nominations of those qualified and willing to serve as members of the AzASCD Board of Directors may be made from the floor.  An election committee to supervise the mailed ballot shall be designated by the AzASCD Board of Directors.
