Randi Fielding serves as an administrator in the Florence Unified School District. Prior to this, she served as an instructional coach, mentor teacher, and classroom teacher.  Randi began her career in education as a parent volunteer, teaching Art Masterpiece. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and Special Education from Arizona State University and is a first-generation college graduate. Randi also received her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Arizona State University’s elite iLeadAZ program. Randi became a National Board Certified Teacher in 2017. In addition to full-time work as an administrator, Randi supports teacher growth within her school district, and at state and national events. She also supports National Board candidates in her region and teaches a National Board Pre-Candidacy course. Randi is also a member of the Arizona K12 Center’s Teacher Solutions Team and blogs for Stories from School Arizona.
